Trader Sales at Towcester

The next Greyhound Trader Sales will take place at Towcester on Monday, September 23. 

The catalogue, released just yesterday, features 40 lots with an additional seven reserves. Among the youngest greyhounds up for auction are July 2023 whelps, and trial six is already drawing significant interest. Droopys Stud pups are always highly sought after, and this sale is no exception.

One standout is Lot 11, Droopys Symphony, a June 2023 bitch sired by Coolavanny Hoffa and out of Bo Shine Bullet. In 2021, the dam reached the finals of major competitions like the Golden Jacket, George Ing St Leger, Regency, and Champion Stakes. Given this pedigree, Droopys Symphony is expected to catch the eye of those planning for future success. She will trial alongside Droopys Theorem, a July 2023 dog who is a half-brother to both Droopys Doughnut and Droopys Nice One.

Another notable entry is Lot 15, Memoir, from the December 2022 Unlock Unlock litter to Ballymac Bolger. She has already clocked an impressive 28.88 trial at Shelbourne and weighs over 32 kilos.
