Although categorised as an A1 competition, the six opening-round heats boast a strong roster of proven performers, ensuring high-stakes action from the start. With 36 contenders entering the fray, the format is straightforward: the top three from each heat will advance, narrowing the field to 18 for the semi-finals. From there, only two from each of the three semi-finals will secure their spot in the grand final on Saturday, January 4th.
