Exciting Lineup Announced for Dundalk International

The draw for the 2024 Time Dundalk International, set for Friday evening, was conducted on Tuesday, revealing an exceptional field. Pat Buckley commands a strong presence with three of the six entries.

Unanimouspanther, the 39.5kg Produce Stakes winner, will wear the red jacket. Although not the fastest from the traps, his impressive speed to the bend and large size could be decisive as he drives up the inside at the opening turn.

Droopys Mandolin, despite a moderate break in the Irish Oaks Final where she was the hot favourite, can be lightning-fast from the boxes and will benefit from a quick start here.

Daleroad Duke, the recent Champion Stakes winner at Shelbourne and record-setter for the 525y at Tralee last December, is formidable when in form. A middle draw poses no issues for him.

Singalong Dolly has faced two recent defeats by Tribal Syd, providing some interesting form lines. These defeats occurred in the Tipperary Cup at Thurles, and while Syd’s draw in stripes was expected, Dolly faces a challenging position.

Coolavanny Otto, who previously won the Race of Champions at Tralee from trap five in mid-June, will occupy the same trap on Friday. This feature race promises to be a classic.
