Druids Say Go Secures Victory
The Click Competitions East Anglian Derby Final at Yarmouth saw an unforgettable night of racing as Druids Say Go stormed to victory. A packed crowd gathered to enjoy a fantastic 12-race event and to witness Patrick Janssens’ standout greyhound claim the championship. Members of the Value Racing Club were in attendance to cheer her on and celebrate as she crossed the finish line, securing the coveted trophy.
Following this impressive win, Druids Say Go is now expected to target the Oaks at Perry Barr. With other contenders like Avongate Venus and possibly Queen Joni in the mix, the final on October 26 promises to be one of the most thrilling races of the year. Queen Joni may also consider the Kent Derby at Central Park as an alternative around the same time.
Druids Say Go has proven she's more than just a Romford 400m competitor, earning her 18th open race victory of the year. Her winning time of 27.26 seconds at Yarmouth’s 462m distance is the fastest recorded at the track this year.
