Dog Rescue Charity, Dedicated to Former Racing Greyhounds, Receives £1,000 Festive Funding Boost

Hector's Greyhound Rescue, based in Gobowen, has been granted a £1,000 Christmas donation as part of the Benefact Group's annual '12 Days of Giving' Christmas campaign.

The charity, focused on rescuing and rehoming retired racing greyhounds, was nominated by the public to share in the £120,000 campaign fund. Currently engaged in a fundraising initiative to address the cost of living crisis and the surge in abandoned dogs, the charity expresses gratitude to its supporters in Shropshire.
