Grand Prix Starting Grid
The defending champion Coonough Crow will be back to defend her ARC Grand Prix title, with the 36-runner event commencing at Sunderland on Friday.
Racing Manager Joe Frelford stated, “We were a bit concerned about numbers, but in the end, we had 37 entries. Basically, all the southern trainers who said they planned to enter kept their word.”
Brighton Belles Out on Saturday
With a week before the Coral Brighton Belle first round, Hove managed to fill six trial stakes. The entries include seven from the KSS Syndicate and the defending champ, Betsys Bullet. Full card available.
Juvenile – No Plans
The upcoming Sunday was scheduled for the running of the Juvenile, formerly sponsored by RPGTV.
Towcester spokesman James Chalkley said, “There is nothing sorted yet, I’m afraid. Still trying to finalize a sponsorship arrangement. Definitely not going ahead on the date originally planned, so awaiting a new date pending sponsor.”
