Coventry housing plan quashed
Plans to demolish Coventry Stadium and replace it with housing seem to have been halted after owners Brandon Estates decided not to appeal a decision refusing planning permission by Rugby Council.
Greyhound racing ceased at the stadium for the final time in 2016. Since then, the site has suffered vandalism and significant damage from a fire, suspected to be arson, two years ago.
