Six Nominations for Time Greyhound Nutrition's Greyhound of the Month Award

Six outstanding greyhounds have been nominated for the prestigious Time Greyhound Nutrition-backed Greyhound of the Month award for March, with three of them hailing from British breeding lines.

The nominees include Acomb Felix, trained by Kevin Ferguson, Bubbly Inferno under the guidance of Paul Young, Front Alice from the kennels of Kevin Proctor, Queen Joni trained by Liz McNair, Romeo To Victory under the care of Tom Heilbron, and Untold Dollar, trained by Carol Weatherall. Notably, half of the nominated greyhounds, namely Queen Joni, Acomb Felix, and Romeo To Victory, were bred in the UK.

Among the contenders is Queen Joni, the triumphant winner of the Arena Racing Company Kent Plate, showcasing her exceptional talent on the track. Additionally, Acomb Felix secured victory in the BGBF Breeders Stakes, further highlighting the strength of British breeding in producing top-tier greyhounds. Romeo To Victory's remarkable performance also earned him a nomination, reflecting the quality of British-bred greyhounds competing at the highest level.

The Time Greyhound Nutrition-sponsored award recognises the outstanding achievements of greyhounds each month, with February's accolade going to Dazl Rolex, trained by Ricky Holloway.
