Trained by Liz McNair and owned by the KSS Syndicate, Queen Joni stood out among the competition, impressing the Greyhound Writers’ Association with her exceptional performances.
Facing tough contenders like Farneys Willie (Grand Prix, Richard Wales), Kilwest Ranger (Laurels, Tony Harmes), Untold Dollar (Hove Puppy Cup, Carol Weatherall), and Wicky Ned (Gymcrack, Jimmy Fenwick), Queen Joni's dominance earned her the top spot in the voting.
Rob Abrey, the racing manager at Hove, commended Queen Joni's exceptional talent and expressed confidence in her continued success in May. He particularly noted her stellar performance during the Coral Brighton Belle night, where she secured victory alongside kennel mate Queen Dusty, marking a memorable one-two for the McNair kennel.
