April's Greyhound of the Month award, sponsored by Time Greyhound Nutrition, features a strong lineup of contenders, with five impressive nominations vying for the title.
The nominees are:
- Farneys Willie, trained by Richard Wales, who clinched victory in the Grand Prix.
- Kilwest Ranger, under the guidance of Tony Harmes, secured the Laurels championship.
- Queen Joni, handled by Liz McNair, emerged victorious in the Brighton Belle.
- Untold Dollar, trained by Carol Weatherall, claimed victory in the Hove Puppy Cup.
- Wicky Ned, under the care of Jimmy Fenwick, triumphed in the Gymcrack.
These exceptional greyhounds have showcased remarkable talent and determination throughout April, making them deserving candidates for the prestigious award.
In March, the Time Greyhound of the Month honour was shared by Untold Dollar, trained by Carol Weatherall, and Bubbly Inferno, trained by Paul Young.
