Trained by Richard Rees, Avarua Timmy has made a strong comeback after a two-month break, with impressive victories at both A3 and A2 levels. He is well-positioned to complete his hat-trick, especially with Burrows Ruby (Trap 2) likely to nudge right, allowing Avarua Timmy to gain a favourable position early on.
OWER MYSTERY (Trap 1) is set to capitalize on the inside draw in a heat of the Summertime 515 Trophy (20:24). Trained by June Harvey, Ower Mystery aims to make amends for last week's narrow defeat in a 500m final. With his strong early speed and affinity for the inside draw (winning four out of five races at Hove), he is well-placed to take the first run against slower-starting neighbours. Since his return to racing in late May, Ower Mystery has quickly regained top form and should handle the slightly longer distance with ease.
In another heat of the Summertime 515 Trophy (20:41), classy LIVELY LAUREN (Trap 2) is a strong contender to continue her impressive record after a seasonal break. Trained by Matt Dartnall, Lively Lauren has prepped well for her return and is expected to perform competitively against in-form rivals Nowitsmyturn (Trap 3) and Drumdoit Chief (Trap 4), who both face less favourable draws.
