The unstoppable Tuono Charlie has extended his winning streak to 14, adding another milestone to his name by breaking the 750-yard record at Limerick.
After already setting and matching the track record at Tralee in recent races, Tuono Charlie made his mark on Limerick with a remarkable performance on Saturday night. His latest victory didn’t just break the previous record set by Threesixfive—he obliterated it by a massive 35 spots. On his way to this achievement, he delivered an impressive 27.81 split to 525 yards during the first round of the Irish Cambridgeshire, which continues this weekend.
Currently, Tuono Charlie is the overwhelming favourite to win the competition, with odds of 1/3. Close contenders include Ballyhooly Tejay, Droopys Comrade, and Kanturk Road, each priced at 5/1. Lilac Tree, at 8/1, is the only other runner with odds shorter than 25/1.
With such an outstanding run of form, all eyes are on Tuono Charlie as he looks to extend his dominance in the upcoming rounds.
