Romford is expected to add approximately two dozen new graders after next Thursday’s Premier Greyhound Sales, as mentioned by organiser Nathan Corden.
Corden noted that around half of the entries typically remain at the track, contributing to the sales' popularity. He also highlighted Romford's commitment to paying a £200 bond for each new runner, which, along with the convenience of the process, should result in a significant turnout on the day.
Premier Greyhound Sales continue to attract top breeders from Ireland, showcasing names like 'Magicals', 'Yahoos', 'Glengars', and notably 'Droopys'. Corden pointed out a few standout greyhounds with the 'Droopys' prefix worth watching.
He referenced Droopys Process and Droopys Zena, bred from Droopys Sydney and Queen Lilly, as well as Crypto Coin, a young talent born in February 2023 and a descendant of the notable bitch Smallmead.
Be sure to follow these promising greyhounds as Romford gears up for an exciting influx of new talent!
