A large trial session took place at Hove yesterday, featuring some notable performances.
As the East Anglian Derby progresses, 2023 champion Watch The Limo made an appearance at Hove. In case you missed it, Gone To The Dogs will be broadcasting live from Yarmouth on September 18.
Among the standouts from Hove's trials is Burrows Eclipse, trained by Jason Heath. This promising stayer ran 3.5 lengths behind Tuono Charlie in the final of the T.P Weadick Open 725 at Kilkenny in April. Chasing behind him were Hopiehopiehopie and Kinturk Road, reinforcing his potential for long-distance events.
Kila Detail, trained by Richard Rees, clocked the fastest time in the sprints. Runner-up in the Golden Sprint last April, Kila Detail has only raced twice since, competing in the heats and semis of the Hope Jeal Sprint at Towcester.
These trials offer plenty of excitement as these greyhounds prepare for future challenges.
