Entain's esteemed Head of Stadia, Leo Walker, is set to leave his current role for a new senior position within the company. He is celebrated for overseeing the greyhound operations. He took the role amid changes and Ian Smyth's exit. He spent much of his youth at Monmore with his odds' compiler father. His time there has been marked by decisions favouring the greyhound community. But, his views on speedway have been divisive. Dan Sheppard will lead retail. Paul Illingworth will lead racing. They will do so temporarily under Richard Lang. Walker admits a melancholy departure from the greyhound sector despite a sterling addition to his resume.
