Central Park Early Card

The first pick is BROADWAY MIST in the D2 sprint at 12:18 PM. Running from trap six, this daughter of Dorotas Woo Hoo has been competing in top-grade sprints and open races. The drop to this company and her favourable draw make her a strong contender. She needs to outrun Boherna Bruno from trap five early on, and if she manages to lead, she should be hard to beat.

Newcastle Selection

At Newcastle, BRAMBLE AGGIE in the A4 race at 4:28 PM shows promise. With plenty of early speed on her inner from Footfield Logan and Twopairofaces, there's a chance they might impede each other. This could open the door for Bramble Aggie to make her move. She needs to show more speed in the first half but can capitalize on any crowding to secure a win.

Romford Supporting Card

NEAMSTOWN ELITE is the choice for the maiden open at 7:44 PM. This Central Park-trained greyhound has shown smart form in Ennis, Ireland, and after three runs at Romford, looks ready to secure his first UK victory. Despite a rough UK debut, he showed promise last time, finishing second to the impressive Millbank Boiler. With a clear run, he can claim his maiden win tonight.

Coronation Cup Final

The Coronation Cup final at Romford (9:28 PM) promises to be an exciting race. Look for MIAMI BULLET from trap three, who posted a blazing 13.45 sectional last week. Paul Young’s greyhound has excellent early pace, and if he leads at the first turn, he will be difficult to catch. While New Destiny, trained by Mark Wallis, is a formidable competitor, she may take too long to get past the early-paced Untold Paanga in trap two. By then, Miami Bullet could have established a decisive lead.

Best Bets

12:18 PM Central Park - BROADWAY MIST (Trap 6)

4:28 PM Newcastle - BRAMBLE AGGIE (Trap 3)
