In the following race at Hove, KERR'S LACEY, trained by Tony Taylor, has a significant chance of winning the 12:09 race. The son of Burgess Bucks delivered an impressive performance by finishing second in his last outing here. With his early speed, Kerr's Lacey is likely to outpace the competitors on the inside and should be tough to beat if he turns in one of the top two spots.
21:11 ROMFORD: CAIRO KING (Trap 3)
Later in the evening, at Romford, where open race action takes place, CAIRO KING is an appealing choice in the Romford Friday Night 500 Standard Final at 21:11. Nathan Hunt’s swift greyhound has been narrowly beaten in recent sprints by the exceptional Tullymurry Dylan. However, Cairo King appeared much more comfortable over the 400m distance last week, leading the race from start to finish. With his excellent early speed, he is poised to take the lead again from the starting box.
